Aug 20, 12 Rosa Mendes Appears At SummerSlam Following Recent Time Off, Lilian Garcia Releases Follow-up EP Album, More

- Rosa Mendes returned at SummerSlam as she was among the WWE Divas joining in multi-platinum recording artist Kevin Rudolf’s performance of the pay-per-view theme song, “Don’t Give Up,” live at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, California.

Following a flight from Las Vegas, Nevada to San Antonio, Texas on August 5, Mendes, whose real name is Milena Roucka, contacted the San Antonio Police Department to file battery charges against boyfriend and former WWE talent Steven Slocum for an apparent domestic issue that took place prior to her flight. Police on the scene took photos of Roucka’s body, which showed scratches and bruising from the incident. Roucka was absent from Raw the following night and was presumably given time off to recover from the ordeal.

- Lilian Garcia’s new, extended play (EP) album, “My Time,” is now out on iTunes. The six track follow-up to her 2007 premiere album, “¡Quiero Vivir,” is primarily English based, with five of the songs being produced by Grammy-Nominated Producer Oh, Hush! and one by Grammy-Award winners George Noriega and Tim Mitchell. Among the tracks is remake of Coldplay’s “Fix You.”

- WWE developmental wrestler Byron Saxton turns 31-years-old on Monday.
